depression, and anxiety, relieving muscle tension
and pain and also be used in boosting one’s mood. It

full body massage as one inhales the vital oils and
also absorbs then via the skin. The massage takes
60-90 minutes. It's not suitable for people who are
sensitive to essential oils.
Hot stone massage
This type of massage is similar to Swedish massage
except that the therapist uses heated stone in
addition to their hands. The massage helps in
improving blood flow, relieve muscle pain and
tension, reduce stress, and promote relaxation. The
therapist places the heated stone on various body
parts or even touch it when massaging and thus it's
more suitable for relieving muscle tension as
compared to Swedish massage. The massage takes 90
minutes.
Deep tissue massage
This type of massage involves the use of more
pressure than the Swedish massage. It’s suitable for
people with chronic muscle problems such as
imbalance, injury, or soreness. It also helps to
reduce anxiety, muscle tension, and chronic muscle
pain. The therapist uses deep finger pressure and
slow strokes to massage the deepest layers of your
connective tissues and muscles. Although deep
pressure is used, the massage is not painful and
doesn’t result in soreness, but it’s not recommended
to people who are sensitive to pressure. The massage

Sport massage
This massage is suitable for people with repetitive
muscle injuries, most especially for athletes. This

or be given on specific parts of the body. Unlike

uses strong and deeper pressure together with
flowing strokes, which are usually broad. It takes
60-90 minutes. Lightweight clothing is worn for this
massage.
Reflexology
This is recommended for people who want to
rejuvenate their natural energy. It's suitable for
people who don’t need to be massaged their entire
body because it only focuses on the ears, hands, and
feet. It takes 30-60 minutes.
Shiatsu massage
This is a Japanese type of massage and is used to
promote physical calmness, relaxation, and mood. It
relieves depression stress headache, muscle pain,
and anxiety. The therapist uses thumb, hands, and
palms. Takes 60-90 minutes.
Thai massage
Thai, an active full body type of massage and is
used to increase energy levels, flexibility, and
blood circulation. The massage use motions that are
similar to yogic stretching. Comfortable and loose
clothing is worn during the massage. Takes 60-90
minutes.
Chair massage
This massage is fast and only focuses on the neck,
back, and shoulders. The massage uses both light and
medium pressure. It’s recommended for people who are
new to massage or want a short time massage. It
takes 10-30 minutes.
Prenatal massage
This is a type of massage given to pregnant women.
It can be used to relieve body aches as a result of
pregnancy, relieve muscle tension, and reduce
stress. The pressure applied is mild, and one can
either be fully or partially undressed. The massage
takes 45-60 minutes.
