You need to do this for all the toes, and end with your big toe.

Focus on Toe Interspaces

You should continue with your toes, and run the four fingers of your one hand in to the four interspaces of your toes. You should start from the top of your foot or bottom. You should perform several back and forth movements. You should finish massaging your toes by using the index finger at the top and your thumb at the bottom. You should also massage the toe interspaces, and stroke these interspaces by pulling the thumb and index finger toward you.

Bottom of the Foot

The next step is to focus at the bottom of your foot. You should start with the thumbs, and make circular motions, followed by strokes both down and up, and even side to side. If you want more pressure, you should use the knead and knuckles at the bottom of your foot. You can finish your foot massage by performing light strokes with the fingers at the top of your foot, and the thumbs at the bottom of your foot. You should start at your toes and work up above your ankles.
